We do not accept changes, returns or cancellations.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
This does not usually happen since the sheets and other products are sent in rigid cardboard packaging, but if for any reason you have had a problem during shipping and the product has arrived in poor condition, contact me to return it and I can send you another one as soon as possible.
Time to receive return notices: 3 days after arrival.
PAYMENT METHODS
Our store accepts all credit cards.
We do not have PayPal.
If for any reason you cannot make your payment correctly, send us an email with your detailed order and we will send you a payment link from our mobile data terminal.
